Job Description:

Material Bank Europe is hiring a Brand Services Associate for our growing European business. This role requires strong communication, people skills, and a tech-savvy nature. Candidates should be proactive, take ownership, and contribute to business development.

Responsibilities include:

• Act as liaison between Brand Partners and the business, working with Brand Services Managers.
• Onboard new Brands and manage projects to get Brands live on the platform.
• Assist Brand Partners with site activity analysis and success guidance.
• Respond to inbound inquiries from Brand Partners.
• Update on program and system changes.
• Support partnership marketing initiatives.
• Drive sales through upselling and education.
• Achieve monthly promotional sales goals.

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years in a client-facing role.
• At least 3 years in project management or similar roles managing complex projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluent in Italian and English; additional European languages are a plus.
• High attention to detail.
• Experience with JIRA, QuickBase, Dashboard, Zendesk, or similar platforms.
