Brand Services Associate - English/Italian speaker, Milano

Material Bank Europe is hiring a Brand Services Associate for our expanding European team. This role is fast-paced and multifaceted, requiring strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with a tech-savvy approach. A proactive attitude, willingness to take ownership, and initiative are essential to contribute significantly to Material Bank’s growth.

Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate with the Brand Services Managers as the main contact between Brand Partners and the company.
2. Manage onboarding of new brands and oversee projects to launch brands on the platform.
3. Act as a consultative partner to Brand Partners, analyzing site activity and providing guidance for success on the sales platform.
4. Respond to inbound inquiries from Brand Partners.
5. Communicate updates regarding system changes and program modifications.
6. Support marketing initiatives between Material Bank and its Brand Partners.
7. Drive sales growth through upselling and educational efforts about our offerings.
8. Achieve monthly promotional sales goals.

Qualifications:

1. At least 3 years of experience in a client-facing role.
2. At least 3 years of project management experience or similar, capable of handling complex projects.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
4. Fluency in Italian and English is mandatory; additional European languages are a plus.
5. High attention to detail.
6. Experience with JIRA, QuickBase, dashboards, Zendesk, or similar ticketing platforms.
