YOUR ROLE:

The Marketing Team sets marketing strategies by defining and implementing integrated communication plans across all physical and digital touch points. The Team supports all functions on the business and Field to stimulate and guide consumer buying behavior in order to increase sell-out, to create value for the customer and to differentiate offerings and stimulate loyalty to the signs while respecting their positioning.

MAIN RESPONISIBILITES:

• Support the Brand and Communication Manager in defining the brand & promotion marketing strategy of the nationwide signs in collaboration with the Commercial Directors
• Support in the definition of Brand communication campaigns (briefing, creativity evaluation, coordination of External Agencies for the development of all assets for the various communication channels)
• Support in the implementation and development of promotional mechanisms
• Support in the scheduling of all marketing and communication projects, making sure to ensure the proper implementation of projects across the country while adhering to the timeframe of the plan
• Support in the development of periodic ad hoc reports and analysis on promotional activities
• Update and monitor promotional discount causes within dedicated software
• Manage orders with suppliers
• Support in coordinating territorial marketing plans

MAIN REQUIREMENTS:

• Analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent knowledge of the Office package (particularly Excel and Power Point)
• Branding and communication skills
• Negotiation Skills
