Job summary

BluLang Studio in Milano is seeking a Brand & Motion Designer to create identities, films and content systems for clients and BluLang itself. You will translate strategy into a scalable set of brand rules and modular components that remain effective after launch.

Based in Milano, you will work across identity, motion, packaging and product design, using AI in workflows and maintaining on-brand consistency. This role emphasizes hands-on design, storytelling and craft in animation.

Qualifications

• A portfolio of brand identities and motion work.
• Strong typography and composition.
• Hands-on experience with AI image and video tools.
• Craft in animation and editing.

Responsibilities

• Design identities as systems: wordmark, type, colour, rules and modules.
• Direct and produce films, motion and content, with AI in the workflow.
• Build templates and prompt libraries that keep teams on brand.
• Work with product designers so brand and interface feel like one thing.
• Give physical products a voice on packaging and on screen.
• Present work clearly, and take feedback well.
