Our client is a leading and fast-growing restaurant brand, expanding their business in Italy.

FUNCTIONS

We are currently looking for a Brand Marketing Manager, based in Milan, who will be responsible for defining, developing, and implementing the marketing strategy and marketing plans to grow the business and support expansion in Italy. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on Local Store Marketing and customer engagement, leveraging the brand alongside digital strategies. He/She will collaborate with global marketing teams, agencies, and other relevant departments.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Define, develop, and implement the marketing strategy for the brand.
  • Define and execute the Marketing strategy and LSM plan, with comprehensive knowledge of each restaurant.
  • Design and execute digital strategies and campaigns.
  • Manage the Local Store Marketing plan, supporting restaurants in their marketing activities to build the brand and achieve results.
  • Coordinate regularly with HQ to apply best practices to the local market.
  • Oversee budget management and maintain contact with agencies and suppliers.
  • Coordinate with Operations and other stakeholders.

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • University Degree
  • 5-10 years experience in Marketing or Brand Management
  • Experience in QSR companies is desirable
  • Category/Food Retail experience is a plus
  • Leadership skills (business and people)
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking
  • Marketing expertise
  • Collaboration skills
  • Analytical and financial acumen
