ANEST COLLECTIVE is searching for a key leader to take in charge of all the Marketing and PR activities in Europe.
An exciting opportunity to be a central part of the development of a new luxury brand, and be part of a small and cohesive team of professionals with a strong track-record in the Luxury industry
• Define the medium and long term communication strategy that will help the brand raise awareness in Europe and support the development of the brand in China.
• Achieve shared ROI targets with the management and through personal contribution and internal and external resources such as PR agency, art directors, content creators, media press and influencer relations.
• Key marketing leader in developing brand campaigns, executing integrated marketing and communications strategies, with strong focus on digital and social media
• Develop bespoke projects with media owners and KOL’S that will always be reflect the brand values and deliver stand-out in a crowded market
• Lead a data-driven marketing strategy, including the end-state vision of how we use consumer data and insight to drive segmentation, targeting, messaging, and CRM.
The Ideal Candidate
• Proven 7+ years experience in the field of communication or marketing in the luxury sector
• An entrepreneurial spirit with excellent interpersonal skills who can support the founders and the top management in the deployement of the business strategy
• A candidate with a deep interest and sensitively for contemporary art and design and for poetic image making and the development of creative communication events.
