Une marque de luxe indépendante, ANEST COLLECTIVE, recherche un leader marketing pour gérer ses activités en Europe. Le candidat idéal aura plus de 7 ans d'expérience dans le secteur du luxe, avec un esprit entrepreneurial et un intérêt pour l'art contemporain. Ce poste est essentiel pour le développement de la marque et comprendra des responsabilités variées allant de la stratégie de communication à la direction de campagnes.

ANEST COLLECTIVE is searching for a key leader to take in charge of all the Marketing and PR activities in Europe.

An exciting opportunity to be a central part of the development of a new luxury brand, and be part of a small and cohesive team of professionals with a strong track-record in the Luxury industry

• Define the medium and long term communication strategy that will help the brand raise awareness in Europe and support the development of the brand in China.

• Achieve shared ROI targets with the management and through personal contribution and internal and external resources such as PR agency, art directors, content creators, media press and influencer relations.

• Key marketing leader in developing brand campaigns, executing integrated marketing and communications strategies, with strong focus on digital and social media

• Develop bespoke projects with media owners and KOL’S that will always be reflect the brand values and deliver stand-out in a crowded market

• Lead a data-driven marketing strategy, including the end-state vision of how we use consumer data and insight to drive segmentation, targeting, messaging, and CRM.

The Ideal Candidate

• Proven 7+ years experience in the field of communication or marketing in the luxury sector

• An entrepreneurial spirit with excellent interpersonal skills who can support the founders and the top management in the deployement of the business strategy

• A candidate with a deep interest and sensitively for contemporary art and design and for poetic image making and the development of creative communication events.
