We are looking for a dedicated and experienced individual to join us as a :

Brand Manager (m / f / x) HAE

Fulltime / Permanent / Location : Milan hybrid role with smart working option)

The Opportunity

As the Brand Manager for HAE you will play a pivotal role in executing marketing strategies and action plans for CSL Behrings brands in Italy. You will be the expert in market segments and product portfolios developing marketing plans to achieve sales and commercial objectives. Your innovative approach will drive new business opportunities and maximize product performance. With strong digital skills you will create and manage digital content plan marketing campaigns and enhance the CSL Behring brand through SEO / SEM web email social media and display advertising.

The Role

  • Develop and implement local marketing plans to achieve sales profit and market share objectives. Manage key projects effectively.
  • Define product positioning and messages develop promotional materials and organize events and campaigns. Participate in national and international congresses.
  • Ensure compliance with Pharma Code and laws measure marketing impact support field activities and propose local market research.
  • Monitor market trends collect field data identify key success factors and recommend actions to exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with local departments customers and international colleagues. Participate in Therapeutic Area Teams and international marketing meetings.
  • Report adverse reactions and product complaints complete training and support field actions as needed.

Your Skills and Experience :

  • Education : University degree in Economics Communication Medical / Scientific studies Marketing Journalism or Business Administration.
  • Experience : At least 5 years in pharmaceutical companies.
  • Digital Communication : Competency in digital communication channels and KPIs.
  • Advantageous Qualifications : MBA marketing or commercial expertise.
  • Industry Knowledge : Understanding of the healthcare / pharmaceutical sector.
  • Interpersonal Skills : Ability to build collaborative relationships internally and externally.
  • Communication Skills : Highlevel written and oral communication effective business presentation.
  • Scientific Communication : Knowledge of scientific communication and promotion.
  • Language Proficiency : Fluency in English both oral and written.
