Brand Manager (Maternity Cover)

We have an excellent opportunity available for a Brand Manager, based in Milan, to make a difference at Kraft Heinz. The Brand Manager is part of the Italian Business Unit. You’ll work in a high-performing team, alongside peers striving for excellence, reporting to an experienced Head of Portfolio & Innovation Local Brands. This role offers exposure to internal and external senior stakeholders. Your primary responsibilities will include rolling out marketing strategies for our brands, participating in activations, and driving innovation projects.

About the position

In brief, you will be responsible for:

  1. Acting as the commercial project leader for innovation & renovation projects from idea to execution; managing the implementation and tracking of recent innovations.
  2. Understanding consumer needs and identifying relevant insights.
  3. Developing effective marketing strategies and corresponding product & activation plans.
  4. Supporting the definition of the long-term and annual plans for the country.
  5. Creating and coordinating ATL and BTL activities.
  6. Collaborating closely with international marketing teams, local trade marketing, sales, and finance departments.
  7. Maintaining tight control over the allocated marketing budget.
  8. Monitoring competitive activities.
  9. Leading a team of 3 people.

Qualifications

Please note that an EU Working Permit (excluding Orientation Year Visa) is required to apply for this position.

  • Relevant degree in management, marketing, or economics.
  • At least 5 years of experience in marketing, trade marketing, or brand management roles.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Previous experience in people management.
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
