Senior Marketing Manager – Southern Europe

Job Summary :

We're seeking an experienced Brand Manager to drive growth and enhance our market presence in Italy. In this strategic role, you will lead the development and execution of brand and marketing initiatives, playing a key part in shaping our business direction.

You will excel by leading cross-functional collaboration in a dynamic international environment and guiding external partners to realize our brand vision effectively.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement the brand strategy in Italy, aligned with regional and global guidelines.
  • Manage media planning, digital campaigns, social media, and influencer programs tailored to the Italian market.
  • Oversee product portfolio management, including launches, relaunches, packaging, and local adaptations.
  • Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to set strategic priorities.
  • Collaborate with Trade Marketing and Sales to ensure integrated campaign execution and retail alignment.
  • Coordinate with agencies and partners for creative, media, and PR deliverables.
  • Monitor marketing KPIs and ROI, ensuring ongoing improvements.

Required Experience and Qualifications :

  • 3-5 years in brand management, preferably within FMCG, personal care, or OTC sectors.
  • Experience managing end-to-end campaigns across ATL, BTL, and digital channels.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and external agencies.
  • Fluent in Italian and English, both spoken and written.

  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and act without fully defined processes.
