Job Title: Brand Manager – Food Category

Job Overview:

We are seeking a strategic, creative, and results-driven Brand Manager to lead the development, execution, and performance of our co-branded project with a major brand based in US. You will be responsible for driving brand growth, managing product marketing initiatives, and ensuring a strong and consistent brand presence in the market. This role combines market analysis, consumer insight, and creative brand storytelling to deliver compelling marketing strategies and measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies and annual marketing plans for this specific project
  • Manage new product development, packaging updates, and brand innovation in partnership with the whole team dedicated to this project.
  • Oversee brand communications including advertising, digital content, PR, and promotions.
  • Collaborate with sales and trade marketing to develop effective in-store marketing and promotional activities.
  • Track brand performance metrics (sales, market share, consumer awareness) and optimize strategies based on data.
  • Work closely with creative and media agencies to ensure brand consistency and impactful campaigns.
  • Ensure all marketing efforts align with brand values, food trends, and consumer expectations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 1–3 years of brand management or marketing experience in the food & beverage
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
  • Experience working with creative agencies and leading marketing campaigns.
  • Knowledge of food trends, consumer behavior, and product positioning.
  • Proficient in tools such as, Microsoft Office and marketing analytics platforms.
  • Based near the company's Headquarter
