Une entreprise pharmaceutique internationale basée à Milan recherche un Brand Manager expérimenté. Vous serez responsable de la gestion des opérations marketing, de l'analyse concurrentielle et de la mise en œuvre de plans stratégiques pour soutenir le lancement de produits. Le poste nécessite une solide expérience dans le secteur ainsi que d'excellentes compétences en communication et analytique.

Competenze

  • Minimum 3-4 ans d'expérience en tant que Brand Manager.
  • Excellente compréhension des dynamiques du marché pour les produits pharmaceutiques.
  • Connaissance approfondie du processus développement et commercialisation des médicaments.

For an international R&D-driven pharmaceutical company headquartered in Milan we are looking for a Brand Manager.
Brand manager - under the direction and supervision of the Head of Business Franchise Innovation - oversees marketing operations activities, design, sourcing, and execution of primary market research, analysis and interpretation of data, and dissemination of market research findings within the company.
• strategic and product marketing, market and competitor analysis for the Annual Brand Plan;
• development of marketing plans and management of their implementation and follow-up;
• preparation of product documentation in collaboration with other departments related to marketing plans and launch plans;
• product communication (new campaigns, projects, activities, symposium): thinking, testing and implementing;
• evaluate and react proactively on sales deviations from the budget: product budget management and review; development of promotional material (communication flow, literature review);
• provide strategic input and support projects to customer (e.g. product repositioning);
• KOL knowledge and management (consultancy, briefing, involvement in national and/or int'l projects, coordination);
• organization and running of national stand activities;
• develop and maintain a good working relationship with the organization.
Education & Work Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Economics and/or Statistics; Minimum 3-4 years of experience in the role.
Skills:
Well-developed record of work on successful product launches
Thorough understanding of market dynamics for pharma product
Thorough understanding of drug/MD development process and commercialization
Excellent quantitative and analytical abilities
People and team oriented
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Problem-solving and proactivity
Ability to balance resource demands from multiple internal customers
Flexibility
Fluent written and spoken English
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
