La figura sarà responsabile della pianificazione e esecuzione delle strategie di marketing e comunicazione per garantire coerenza e successo del portafoglio brand. Richiesto un Master in Marketing o affini e competenze analitiche forti.

BRAND & LICENSES MARKETING MANAGER – sostituzione maternità

At Diesel Headquarter located in Breganze (Italy), we are looking for a Brand & Licenses Marketing Manager who, reporting to the Global Content, Media & GTM Director, will be responsible for the oversight of the development, GTM planning and execution of comprehensive marketing and communication programs for the main categories, licensing categories, and special projects, to guarantee fully-fledged and consistent brand portfolio strategies.

Main Responsibilities:

BRAND STRATEGY
- Support the Global Content, Media & GTM Director in designing the Content/GTM/360 approach strategy and in the day-by-day activities to drive and communicate the strategy across departments (Marketing Presentations for Leadership Team Meetings, Company Townhalls, Collections Presentations, Taskforce projects etc.);
- Develop the Annual Global Marketing Guidelines, starting from results and evidences, feedback and inputs from global channels and regional marketing teams, and looking ahead to future brand and business objectives;
- Coordinate and support in coordinating external partners for cross-departments projects involving brand strategy; e.g. Create Sustain for Sustainability; Audience Strategy for Brand Tracking; PWC for segmentation; Lyst for organic visibility and ranking; OTB Foundation and possible partners for social projects (e.g. UNHCR for Diesel Loves), OTB for annual Sustainability report etc.

SPECIAL PROJECTS
- Coordinate and guide external partners for brand collaborations in developing and monitoring the marketing and communication strategy 360° through their channels, in addition to Diesel ones; liaising with HQ stakeholders (other marketing disciplines, Shopping Experience, eComm, interior design, finance, style office) for the approval, realization, and supervision of projects;

GO TO MARKET STRATEGY
- Define the GTM calendar to make sure every project falls at the right time (product available, space and focus for each project), and align all internal departments on it, to ensure maximum consistency;
- Work closely with GTM team to ensure ongoing alignment between global and local plans, for both main and licenses projects;

MAIN CATEGORIES
- Connect with Global Collection Merchandising to align on the key strategic business and product priorities to focus on through marketing actions (Marketing Guidelines, GTM Strategy aligned to Buying Strategy before each collection sales campaign);

LICENSES
- Liaise with Diesel License businesses, partners and internal stakeholders to develop brand and communication projects, securing full alignment with global brand vision and guidelines;
- Approve, coordinate, and monitor the yearly marketing plans implementation by partners, including marketing and communication campaigns (e.g. l’Oreal producing its own campaign based on Diesel inputs and subjective to Diesel approval);

Requirements:
- Master’s degree or above in Business, Marketing discipline or equivalent;
- Previous experience in brand management business is preferable;
- The knowledge of English is a must, any other languages are a plus;
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills, ability to interpret sales performance and market trend metrics and information;
- Passionate and collaborative team builder with a positive attitude and with excellent communication and influencing skills;
- Ability to work in a dynamic context in a flexible way.
