The position will be part of our Milan Aesthetic Research Center (MARC), one of Huawei Research Centers committed to enhancing the quality of Huawei products by creating a strong design ecosystem.The Team Lead, Brand Experience is responsible for shaping the future of brand identity and communication design through research, strategy, and conceptual innovation. This role focuses on exploring new ways to build international brand experiences, developing corporate identity systems, and crafting visionary communication strategies that inspire and inform headquarters teams. Rather than executing brand implementation, this position provides thought leadership, future-oriented design concepts, and strategic frameworks that guide the evolution of brand perception across global markets.
