ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES
As a Brand Executive, you’ll support the Senior Brand Manager in developing new and existing brand propositions, from defining consumer-relevant positioning to planning and implementing supporting activities.
You’ll lead specific brand projects, ensuring execution within brief, and drive fact-based decision-making through market analysis and reports with clear recommendations. You should be a self-starter, willing to take ownership, and enjoy working in a pressured environment. Substantial coaching, on-the-job, and functional training will be provided as part of a development plan with tasks assigned according to your competence and growth needs.
WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR
Aligning with various BAT partners (from agencies to Operations and Trade Marketing) to ensure brand objectives and activities are implemented with quality, within budget, and on schedule.
Preparing engagement programs and cycle plan activities to effectively implement and evaluate brand strategies at the field level.
Applying brand insights to consumer dialogue to differentiate marketing activities and optimize brand effectiveness.
Analyzing and reporting market research intelligence to estimate brand performance or issues, providing data-based recommendations and actions.
Monitoring and reporting brand expenditure to ensure it stays within the defined budget.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, AND KNOWLEDGE
3-4 years of experience in brand management; FMCG experience is a plus.
Strong ownership and accountability.
Attention to detail and good presentation skills.
Ability to influence internal and external partners.
Decisiveness, analytical skills, and a data-driven mindset.
Proactive, flexible, pragmatic, and capable of making things happen.
Experience in developing in-store communication and promotions, coordinating third-party suppliers to influence consumer buying behavior.
Commercial mindset in all activities.
Fluent in English (spoken and written).
Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
