The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in the luxury fashion industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Les Petits Joueurs is a thriving luxury accessories brand that transforms the aesthetics of bags and shoes into quirky, lively statement pieces.

Founded in 2013 in Florence, Italy, by Mariasole Cecchi, the brand has established a global cult following with its vibrant aesthetics. We are seeking a Brand and Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Milan.

The ideal candidate should be able to start immediately, as this is a fast-paced environment. They must have previous experience in PR and partnerships, with strong communication skills, complemented by a high level of numeracy and an analytical mindset.

The candidate should be comfortable managing multiple tasks, prioritizing conflicting demands, and providing excellent customer service. High personal, professional, and ethical standards are essential, along with being a self-starter, detail-oriented, and willing to go the extra mile.

Solid experience in digital marketing is required, with proficiency in Canva, MailChimp, Klaviyo, and other relevant tools. Strong computer skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word are also essential. A degree from a recognized university or business school is preferred.

Contract: Full-time
Location: Milan

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Developing and implementing the overall international PR strategy
  • Building and maintaining relationships with journalists, media outlets, influencers, and industry professionals
  • Managing editorial requests
  • Overseeing samples tracking and seasonal gifting processes
  • Crafting press releases, media kits, speeches, and PR materials
  • Creating and managing networks and partnerships

Digital Assistant duties include:

  • Developing and delivering digital emails
  • Preparing digital content for website, emails, social media, and advertising
  • Analyzing and adapting marketing activities as needed
  • Providing personalized customer service
  • Collaborating internally to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Managing online stock and liaising with couriers

Minimum requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of the luxury fashion industry and international PR and marketing events
  • Basic knowledge of Shopify and Adobe tools is a plus
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Ability to manage multiple projects
