Job summary

Moncler is seeking an organized Brand Creative Project Management Intern to join its Brand Studio for a 6-month, full-time period starting in November. You will support planning and coordination of campaigns, content, and graphic projects, working with internal and external partners to move work from brief to delivery.

You’ll gain hands-on experience across the creative process, asset management, and workflow improvements, with mentorship from peers and exposure to cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Marster's Degree;
• Professional use of English;
• Strong organization skills and attention to detail;
• Clear written and verbal communication;
• The ability to manage several tasks, ask questions, and flag potential delays;
• A collaborative attitude and willingness to learn;
• Experience with tools such as Microsoft Office, Monday.com, Adobe Creative Cloud;

Responsibilities

• Weeks broader responsibilities will include tracking creative requests, project timelines, milestones, and deliverables;
• Keeping project management tools updated with clear assignments and status information;
• Coordinating meetings, capturing action items, and following up on next steps;
• Organizing creative assets, project files, and documentation for easy retrieval;
• Assisting with gathering briefs, consolidating feedback, and preparing materials for review;
• Supporting collaboration between creative, marketing, and other teams;
• Assisting with scheduling and administrative tasks for freelancers and external partners;
• Identifying small improvements that streamline everyday creative workflows.
