We are looking for a
- Brand Coordinator
- to develop and implement the marketing and communications plan for all activities - ultimately to help customers understand our products and services, drive acquisition and customer retention. Reporting to the Head of Marketing & Sales and working closely with the Digital Marketing Manager and Social Community Manager, he / she will be a key member of a tiny but growing marketing team and have a direct, massive impact on the growth of the business in the

- RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the coordination and execution of brand and marketing campaigns to drive brand and sales growth, including test and learn campaigns, gathering insight to inform future campaigns and communications.
- Create marketing collateral to support all channels, including website, social content, digital ad creative, customer communications, PR releases, sales brochures, and product sheets.
- Develop insight-driven marketing communications to help consumers understand the benefits of our products and produce locally relevant content with our design studio for our website and channels.
- Lead customer insights to improve customer journey and acquisition strategies.
- Manage and deliver brand partnerships to increase sales and brand visibility.
- Oversee third-party agencies and external suppliers to ensure high-quality, on-brand marketing collateral and activities.
- Collaborate with the central Marketing Team (Growth, Brand, Communications, PR) to adapt playbooks and blueprints for local plans and activities.
- REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing agencies.
- Experience working with B2C or e-commerce clients.
- Proven ability to create engaging content aligned with marketing strategies.
- Excellent copywriting skills and creative judgment.
- Strong data interpretation and manipulation skills.
