Competenze

Job Description:

We work with over 350 brands across sectors like luxury, lifestyle, fashion, automotive, insurance, banking, and media.

We’re looking for a highly skilled BRAND AMBASSADOR Luxury German to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong customer care attitude, is fluent in languages, empathetic, passionate about fashion and luxury brands, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Languages knowledge:

German (B2/C1)

Tasks:

  • Customer relations with Italian and international customers via phone/chat/email
  • E-commerce and after-sales support: assisting customers with online purchases

Contract: Full-time, 8 hours/day (40 hours/week), on shifts, 5 days a week.

Qualifications:

  • Degree and/or experience in e-commerce, Customer Care, Fashion, and Luxury
  • Good knowledge of IT tools, especially Microsoft Office
  • Ongoing training on Luxury Brands
  • Continuous language practice and professional growth in luxury
