Competenze

We are seeking a highly skilled BRAND AMBASSADOR Luxury German to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer care attitude, be fluent in multiple languages, empathetic by nature, passionate about fashion and international luxury brands, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Languages required:

German (B2/C1)

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage customer relations with Italian and international clients via phone, chat, and email.
  2. Provide e-commerce and after-sales support, assisting customers with their online purchases.

Contract details:

Full-time, 8 hours/day (40 hours/week) on shifts, 5 days a week.

Qualifications:

  • Degree and/or experience in e-commerce, Customer Care, Fashion, and Luxury sectors.
  • Proficiency in main IT tools, especially Microsoft Office.
  • Ongoing training in Luxury Brands.
  • Continuous language practice and professional growth in the luxury industry.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a supportive environment.
  • Experience in innovative and welcoming spaces.
