Competenze

Job Description

We collaborate with over 350 brands across sectors such as luxury, lifestyle, fashion, automotive, insurance, banking, and media.

We are seeking a highly skilled Brand Ambassador for Luxury French & English to join our team. The ideal candidate demonstrates a strong customer care attitude, is fluent in languages, empathetic, passionate about fashion and international luxury brands, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Languages Required
  • French (C1/C2)
  • English (C1/C2)
Responsibilities
  • Customer relations with Italian and international clients via phone, chat, and email
  • E-commerce and after-sales support, assisting customers with online purchases
Contract Details

Full-time, 8 hours/day (40 hours/week), on shifts, 5 days a week

Qualifications
  • Degree and/or experience in e-commerce, Customer Care, Fashion, or Luxury
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
  • Ongoing training on Luxury Brands
  • Continuous language practice and professional growth in the luxury sector
