Job Description:

We work in synergy with over 350 brands across sectors such as luxury, lifestyle, fashion, automotive, insurance, banking, and media.

We are seeking a highly skilled BRAND AMBASSADOR Luxury French & English to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer care attitude, be fluent in languages, empathetic by nature, and an enthusiast of fashion and international luxury brands, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Languages knowledge:

• French mandatory (C1/C2)
• English mandatory (C1/C2)

Tasks:

• Customer relations with Italian and international customers via phone, chat, and email
• E-commerce and after-sales support: assisting customers with online purchases

Contract:

Full-time, 8 hours per day (40 hours per week), on shifts 5 days a week

Qualifications:

• Degree and/or experience in e-commerce, Customer Care, Fashion, and Luxury
• Good knowledge of IT tools, especially Microsoft Office
• Targeted and ongoing training on Luxury Brands
• Continuous practice of languages and professional growth in the luxury sector
• Collaborative and supportive environment
• Welcoming and innovative spaces
