A leading customer relations company in Milan is seeking a Brand Ambassador specializing in Luxury. The ideal candidate will have strong customer care skills and fluency in French and English. Main responsibilities include managing customer relations via multiple channels and supporting e-commerce activities. Competenze

  • Degree and/or experience in e-commerce Customer Care Fashion and Luxury.
  • Good knowledge of the main IT tools, especially Microsoft Office applications.

  • Assisting customers in their online purchases during e-commerce and after-sales support.

We\'re looking for a highly skilled BRAND AMBASSADOR Luxury French & English, to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong attitude for customer care, fluent in languages, empathetic by nature, fashion and international luxury brands enthusiast with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Office : Milan ON-SITE

Languages knowledge

French mandatory (C1 / C2)

English mandatory (C1 / C2)

Tasks
  • Customer relations with Italian and international customers through phone / chat / e-mail
  • E-commerce and after-sales support: assisting customers in their online purchases
Contract

Full time 8 hours a day (40 hours a week) on shifts 5 days a week

Qualifications
  • Degree and / or experience in e-commerce Customer Care Fashion and Luxury.
  • Good knowledge of the main IT tools and specifically of Microsoft Office applications.
