A leading luxury brand is seeking a Brand Ambassador in Milano to enhance its retail presence. The role demands a dynamic individual with sales expertise in the beauty sector, excellent customer service skills, and a capacity to lead a team. The ideal candidate should also have strong commercial acumen and a passion for luxury products.
To support the growth of our retail presence, we are currently looking a Brand Ambassador for our distributed brand, Hermes La Beautè.
This role requires a dynamic, sales-driven, and detail-oriented individual. The ideal candidate will combine excellent commercial skills with strong leadership capabilities to guide the team in achieving business goals while delivering a memorable customer journey.
• Embrace the Brand Experience and follow training guidelines and standards to reflect the brand standards and image;
• Consistently meet individual sales goals;
• Provide excellent customer service skills, great selling skills and exhibit motivation to succeed;
• Follow company policies, procedures and use visual techniques to maintain the visual standards;
• Monitor KPI through specific analysis;
• Maintain selling floor by ensuring the following:
o Understand and execute monthly floor sets;
o Placing and/or hanging back items as you work;
o Replenishing merchandise after selling;
o Folding and placing merchandise on the correct hanger, tissue paper, etc;
o Place tickets inside the item and not visible to the customer.
Ideally, the person we are looking for this position should possess:
- A minimum of 2/3 year on sales, preferably in a beauty luxury retail environment;
- Italian and English Fluent are a must, other foreign languages is a plus;
- Willing to work in and promote a team-oriented environment;
- It is mandatory to have both Make up and fragrances expertise, certification is considered as a plus (Ex. Make up school);
- Excellent interpersonal skills required to ensure clear, effective communication with all management and staff;
- Must be results driven and flexible to change;
- Proven experience in driving sales and meeting sales targets, preferably if niche environments;
- Excellent customer service level;
- Strong clienteling background.
