Job Title: Brand Ambassador
As a passionate Brand Ambassador and part of a diverse team, you will contribute to ensuring an excellent experience and service to our customers, transmitting the Brand identity and values.
Responsibilities
- Greet clients warmly and engage with them to deliver a professional, efficient, and friendly welcome.
- Support managing the flow of customers, especially during peak times, making them feel at ease and engaging them in conversations of interest.
- Provide store tours, displaying extensive knowledge of its history and interior décor. Support store management in ensuring adequate coverage of store entrances.
- Welcome each customer individually with courtesy, becoming familiar with their names and acknowledging them by name.
- Assist Client Advisors during their selling ceremonies.
- Handle basic queries and problems, referring complaints as appropriate.
- Participate in organizing in-store events, fulfill customer requests, and coordinate special moments for guests in collaboration with the Store Manager and colleagues.
- Respond to customers with unique needs and follow up to ensure satisfaction. Maintain outstanding communication and guest relations skills. Record and update customer information on CRM systems.
- Contribute to high security standards and be attentive to prevent product thefts.

- Problem-solving skills, curiosity, and interest in luxury, fashion, art, and design.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of the local area and entertainment options for guest recommendations.
- Previous experience in spa, hotel, residential settings within a luxury environment is preferred.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are desirable.
