The role includes supporting customer flow, assisting in selling ceremonies, organizing events, and managing customer information. Experience in a luxury setting and fluency in English is preferred, along with a passion for human relations and luxury.

As a passionate Brand Ambassador and part of a diverse team, you will contribute to ensuring an excellent experience and service for our customers, transmitting the Brand identity and values.

Responsibilities:

1. Support handling the flow of customers to ensure their in-store experience, even during peak times, making them feel at ease and engaging them with conversation of interest.
2. Assist Client Advisors during their selling ceremonies.
3. Participate in the organization of in-store events, satisfy customer requests, including unusual ones, and coordinate special moments for guests, always in collaboration with the Store Manager and colleagues.
4. Record and update relevant customer information in CRM systems.

Requirements:

• Passion for human relations and experience in building long-lasting relationships and curating guest experiences.
• Problem-solving skills, curiosity, and interest in luxury, fashion, art, and design.
• Previous experience in spa, hotel, or residential settings within a luxury environment is preferred.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are desirable.
