THE ROLE

We seek travel enthusiasts with a passion for guest service at our depot in Ponte Galeria - Rome. You will be the face of our company, reporting to the Nordics - Operations Area Manager, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining our fleet, and managing depot operations.

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

• Ensuring daily vehicle turnover aligns with policies;
• Coordinating teams involved in vehicle turnover: cleaning, inspections, maintenance, repairs, inventory control, and kit preparation;
• Training and coaching local team members;
• Potentially performing onboarding and training at other branches;
• Supporting branch and fleet managers to keep campervans in top condition;
• Organizing the depot layout and organization;
• Contributing to operational process improvements.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Fluent in English and Italian (mandatory);
• Eligible to work in Italy, with a valid driver's license and confidence in driving a campervan (mandatory);
• Available to work weekends and public holidays;
• Responsible and reliable.
