Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical BPO Analyst for the Call/Chat/Email Audit Process. The role involves monitoring customer interactions across multiple channels to ensure quality, compliance, and excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will provide actionable feedback and suggest process improvements to enhance service efficiency. Proficiency in Swedish at least at CEFR C2 level is required.

Responsibilities

  • Quality Audits & Compliance: Monitor and evaluate call/chat/email interactions to ensure adherence to policies, standards, and guidelines. Identify service gaps, communication errors, and training needs to improve customer experience. Ensure compliance with data security, privacy policies, and regulations.
  • Performance Evaluation: Provide constructive feedback to agents and team leads. Identify trends and recurring issues and recommend improvements.
  • Process Optimization & Training Support: Collaborate with team lead to develop quality and coaching materials. Suggest best practices for customer interactions and work on process enhancements.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Communication & Attention to Detail: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments. Proficiency in Swedish at CEFR C2 level is mandatory.
