360 Talent in Milano is seeking a Sales Associate for a fashion brand. The role is 40 hours per week, focusing on delivering outstanding customer service and achieving sales targets.

You will work closely with store leadership, implement strategies, and contribute to business growth while maintaining high standards of sales quality. Fluency in English is required, Italian or other languages are a plus, and previous retail or fashion experience is preferred.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in retail/fashion environment.
• High level of flexibility and ability to problem solve; capable of achieving store targets.
• Proficiency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.

• Consistently reach and exceed personal and store sales targets on a monthly and annual basis.
• Implement store business strategies under guidance of Store Manager and monitor store performance.
• Provide outstanding customer service to achieve high sales quality and KPIs.
