A PM Monaco in Padova is seeking a part-time Sales Advisor to support our team in Padoue. You will welcome customers, advise on products and help create a unique shopping experience while contributing to boutique sales targets.

We value luxury retail experience, strong customer service and the ability to stay organised and flexible. You will assist with stock, visual merchandising and post-sale follow-up to build lasting relationships.

Competenze

Luxury/fashion retail experience is a real plus.
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills required.
Organised, dynamic and eager to learn.
Flexible availability to cover part-time shifts.

Welcome, advise and build a trusted relationship with each customer to provide a unique shopping experience
Actively contribute to achieving the boutique’s sales targets
Demonstrate strong knowledge of APM products to showcase the brand’s story and unique character to customers
Build customer loyalty by providing personalised after-sales follow-up
Ensure impeccable customer service at every interaction
Handle enquiries and initial complaints professionally
Maintain boutique standards: cleanliness, organisation and replenishment
Support visual merchandising in line with brand guidelines
Assist with stock management and inventory
Follow payment and POS procedures
