A high-end brand specializing in luxury watches and jewelry, offering timeless craftsmanship, exceptional quality, and exquisite design.


Overview of Role
The Boutique Assistant should be a motivated self-starter that takes initiative to assist in a broad range of tasks that might present themselves each day. Support the business in ensuring that our brand is the “go-to” destination for luxury watches. Demonstrate brand’s commitment to the customer through the provision of a superior customer experience for every customer and provide exemplary support to the boutique’s sales staff.


Main Responsibilities

  1. Assist BTQ Sales Staff – greeting clients / answering the phone / making drinks / assisting with gifts & point of sale materials / data entry / end of day reporting / any other tasks as required.
  2. Provide the highest possible standards of customer service both face to face and via the telephone / WhatsApp / email.
  3. Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt service requirements to colleagues and to the customer.
  4. Ensure the store is kept clean and tidy, ensuring it adheres to company standards at all times.
  5. Maintain a high standard of presentation and merchandising of product in accordance with the company merchandising policy.

Position Purpose
To assist all BTQ staff in the day-to-day seamless running of the boutique providing the highest possible standards of customer care and service.


Requirements

  1. Ideally already experienced in the luxury retail industry / customer service.
  2. Fluent in Italian & English (other languages an advantage).
  3. Have an understanding of the expectations in a luxury retail environment.
