Descrizione del lavoro

We are currently seeking a Stock Keeper who will report to the Store Manager as part of our dynamic team in Milan, Montenapoleone Store.

Responsibilities
  1. Merchandise Reception & Storage:
    • Receive goods, unload packages, and scan barcodes.
    • Check the quantity and quality of goods, verify transport documents.
    • Record stock in the warehouse system, ensuring items are stored properly, in good condition, and organized according to merchandise management guidelines.
  2. Stock Movements:
    • Organize transfers between stores and returns to vendors, prepare goods, check conditions, and handle documentation (e.g., CITES forms, proforma).
    • Collaborate with Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to follow consignment procedures and identify unavailable goods.
    • Handle omnichannel services, including in-store pickup, ship-from-store, and distant sales shipments.
  3. Administrative Activities:
    • Perform administrative tasks, maintain proper documentation for CITES items.
    • Conduct daily stock and sales checks, restock sales floor, and coordinate replenishment with the Merchandising office.

  • Availability, flexibility, and team spirit.
  • Proficiency in English and Italian is mandatory.
