Competenze

• 3-5 years merchandising experience in a luxury brand.

We are currently seeking a Women Shoes Collection Merchandiser as part of our dynamic team in Milan.

How you will contribute

• Support the definition of the collection merchandising strategy for Women’s Shoes
• Build the collection plan, define the structure of the offer, and follow up with the product teams during collection development
• Undertake benchmark and competitor analysis while remaining up to date on industry trends
• Define the pricing architecture to meet margin targets and ensure collection consistency
• Conduct sales analysis and build visual reports for design and product teams
• Collaborate with production on pre-order strategy, deliveries, and industrialization changes
• Manage sales campaign activities, collection files, look lists, digital tools, and samples
• Prepare training activities, including showroom and store collection training, explaining collection inspiration and strategy
• Collaborate with retail merchandising to gather market feedback and identify trends
• Support VM and Architecture teams during showroom activities and collection deliveries in store

Who you are

• 3-5 years merchandising experience in a luxury brand
• Experience in similar product categories (Shoes, Leathergoods, SLG)
• Fluent in English; Italian is a plus
• Strong analytical skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
• Organized with problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented with aesthetic sensibility
• Market-aware and product-savvy
