We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Architecture Project Manager to join our EMEA Architecture team based in Milan.
Your Opportunity
As EMEA Architecture Project Manager , you will play a key role in the development and implementation of our retail and corporate environments across the EMEA region. You will manage architectural projects from design through completion, ensuring brand consistency, technical accuracy, and excellence in execution. Working cross-functionally with internal departments and external consultants, you will support the expansion and elevation of Bottega Veneta’s physical presence.
How You Will Contribute
Manage retail and corporate architecture projects across EMEA, from feasibility to opening.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners.
Ensure design intent and brand standards are maintained throughout all phases of the project.
Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and reporting tools.
Review architectural drawings and technical documentation.
Support procurement processes in collaboration with the Store Planning and Purchasing teams.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress and quality, ensuring compliance with local regulations and brand guidelines.
Collaborate with the global Architecture team to implement standards and design evolutions.
Who You Are
A qualified Architect or Engineer with 5+ years of experience in architecture project management.
Previous experience in the luxury retail sector preferred.
Strong understanding of construction processes, technical design, and local regulations across EMEA.
Excellent project management and problem-solving skills.
Fluent in English and Italian; French is a plus.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Willing to travel across the EMEA region.
