Competenze

Job Description

We are currently looking for a Consolidation Controller to support the Consolidation Team in preparing and planning Bottega Veneta's consolidated financial reporting, inventory, and margin analysis. This role offers the opportunity to join the WW Controlling team, reporting directly to the Head of Consolidation based in Milan. The successful candidate will collaborate with various functions such as Supply Chain, Logistics, Merchandising, Inventory Control, Industrial Control, Regional finance teams, and Kering teams in Paris.

Responsibilities

• Collect and consolidate reporting packages monthly, including top management reports and disclosures to Kering.
• Analyze product margin data across channels, products, and regions, working with the Industrial team.
• Support Regional and HQ teams on Inventory management and KPIs.
• Assist Accounting with reporting requirements.
• Participate in Budget and Forecast planning activities.
• Collaborate with relevant departments within HQ and regional finance teams.
• Coordinate with Kering teams in Paris.

Candidate Profile

• Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• 4-5 years of experience in audit firms and/or controlling/reporting departments within retail, manufacturing, or fashion industries is preferred.
• Knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards; familiarity with Italian GAAP is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, PowerBI (or similar BI tools), and SAP FMS; Hyperion and JDA knowledge are advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Reliable, resilient, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
• Proactive, analytical, and problem-solving mindset.
• Fluent in Italian and English; French language skills are a plus.
