We are currently seeking a Client Advisor who will report to the Store Manager as part of our dynamic team in Noventa di Piave Outlet Store.

Your opportunity

Meet performance expectations and provide excellent client service to ensure client satisfaction in alignment with company standards.

How you will contribute?

• Achieve sales targets in line with company strategy
• Embrace the clienteling culture of building strong and long-term relationships with clients
• Collect and update client information to ensure efficient use of CRM
• Create an engaging and emotional client experience offering the best-in-class service, in line with Bottega Veneta Client Journey
• Understand luxury, the collections, and fashion trends
• Work on silhouettes, bring alternative items to encourage clients to discover more about the collection
• Maintain a positive approach, contribute to teamwork, adapt to different personalities, seek support from and support colleagues
• Know and apply company policies, procedures, and guidelines
• Keep the stock tidy, monitor stock deliveries and availabilities, communicate out-of-stock merchandise and other relevant information in a timely manner

Who you are?

• Previous sales experience of 3-4 years, preferably in fashion & luxury contexts
• Excellent client service attitude and high flexibility to adapt to various client types
• Excellent communication and empathic skills
• Good team player
• Multitasking and flexible
• Ability to work in a fast-moving and dynamic environment and to build a strong, diversified client portfolio
• Fluency in English is mandatory
• Protected category, according to Italian Law 68/99
