Key Accountabilities

• Process daily accounts payable by monitoring and managing vendor invoices and expense reports; address significant risk issues and ensure timely payments.
• Maintain vendor interaction and monitor invoice payment status.
• Act as a business partner with the procurement team and stay engaged with the business to best serve vendors.
• Escalate issues promptly (dispute management).
• Analyze data and identify trends.
• Provide reporting when needed.
• Maintain updated vendor master data.
• Proactively monitor Purchase Orders and Vendor Invoices.
• Process weekly vendor payments to meet due dates.
• Perform month-end closing activities & reconciliations.
• Assist in internal and external financial audits, ensuring compliance with internal controls, procedures, and policies.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Required

• Degree in Economics, Business, or Accounting.
• Excellent English skills (written and spoken).
• High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
