Are you a hospitality professional with a passion for creating seamless booking experiences and driving revenue? Our client—an exclusive 5-star hotel in the area nearReggio Calabria—is looking for an experiencedBooking & Channel Strategy Managerto join their team.

About the Role:

As Booking Manager, you will oversee all booking and reservations activities, working across international markets. You will be responsible for managing the hotel’sTom Operatorglobal booking system, coordinating with OTAs and direct booking channels, and ensuring efficientchannel managementstrategies are in place.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize all hotel reservations
  • Oversee operations withinTom Operatorand ensure system accuracy
  • Handle both individual and group bookings from multiple sources
  • Collaborate with sales, revenue, and marketing teams on pricing and availability
  • Take ownership ofchannel managementto ensure consistency and visibility across platforms
  • Deliver outstanding service to travel partners and prospective guests

Who You Are:

  • Experienced in hotel booking or reservations (4- or 5-star experience preferred)
  • Proficient in global booking systems (Tom Operatorexperience is a strong plus)
  • Skilled in working with OTA platforms and channel management tools
  • Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and highly organized
  • A team player with a guest-first mindset
