Experteer Italy is seeking an Integrated Business Planning Application Coordinator to govern and evolve the Board-based planning platform across finance, sales, and distribution. You will act as the IT liaison for Board solutions, collaborating with business stakeholders and external partners to deliver high-quality applications.

Competenze

• 5–8 years in implementing, developing, and supporting Board or similar enterprise planning platforms (e.g., Anaplan, O9, RPAS).
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, reporting, analytics, and performance management.
• Experience in requirements analysis and application lifecycle management.
• Proven IT project delivery experience with vendor coordination and stakeholder collaboration.

Mansioni

• Govern and evolve the Board platform for enterprise planning (finance, sales, collection, distribution, reporting).
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into Board-based solutions.
• Design, configure, develop, test, and maintain Board apps for planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Manage the application lifecycle: roadmaps, releases, and documentation.
• Coordinate system integrators and external vendors to meet quality and budget objectives.
• Lead SIT, E2E, and UAT testing and manage incident resolution and problem management.
• Partner with Finance, Planning, Merchandising, and Business Operations to support initiatives, digital transformation, training, and post-go-live support.
