Location: Milan, Italy

Job Description: BNP Paribas Cardif is seeking a Responsabile Group Solvency to join the Actuarial Department. The role involves coordinating and managing activities related to:

• Assessment of insurance liabilities within Solvency II (technical reserves, BSCR, etc.)
• Calculation, control, and analysis of results
• Technical portfolio analysis
• Defining and strengthening Data Quality processes related to used data
• Supporting the preparation of Solvency II reporting and related documentation

Minimum Experience: 6-8 years in the insurance sector, particularly in technical or quantitative areas.

Requirements:

• Education: Degree in Statistics, Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Economics, or similar, with 6-8 years of relevant experience
• Technical Skills: Experience with actuarial projection systems (Prophet, RAFM, Mg-Alfa), good knowledge of life tariffs and Solvency II regulations, experience in technical reserve valuation, understanding of asset-liability interaction
• Behavioral Skills: Good communication and managerial skills, problem-solving ability, results-oriented, team player, analytical and synthesis skills
• Language/IT Skills: Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Python, VBA), excellent command of Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint), fluent in English, knowledge of French is a plus, familiarity with actuarial projection systems

Contract and Compensation: Permanent contract with salary according to the national collective agreement.
