Clear. in Milan is seeking an experienced BMS Project Manager to lead large-scale data centre automation projects.

You will manage delivery from design through installation, commissioning and handover, coordinating clients, main contractors and engineering teams to meet demanding specifications. The ideal candidate has strong BMS/controls background, excellent project management skills and willingness to travel to site.

Competenze

• Proven BMS project management experience on large-scale builds.
• Strong knowledge of building automation and HVAC controls.
• Ability to manage budgets, risks and client relations.

Mansioni

• Deliver BMS and building automation projects from design to handover.
• Coordinate engineers, subcontractors and site teams.
• Manage budgets, schedules, risks and client communications.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and quality standards.
• Travel to project sites as required.
