Clear. in Milan is seeking a BMS Commissioning Engineer to lead the testing and handover of building management systems on large-scale data centre projects.

You will coordinate with project managers, controls engineers and client teams to ensure systems are fully tested and integrated to project specifications. The role requires hands-on commissioning of DDC/PLC based controls, BACnet/Modbus networks, and a strong focus on safety and documentation.

Competenze

• Experience in BMS commissioning and handover.
• Strong fault-finding and testing skills.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and control diagrams.

Mansioni

• Commission BMS and building automation systems across data centre projects.
• Carry out point-to-point testing, functional testing and system commissioning.
• Test HVAC control systems including AHUs, chillers, pumps, CRAC/CRAH units and related equipment.
• Configure and test BMS controllers, I/O, sensors, actuators and field devices.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software and communication issues.
• Produce commissioning records, test sheets and technical documentation.
• Interface with clients, consultants, contractors and project teams.
