The ideal candidate will coordinate with development and infrastructure teams, manage internal test environments, and provide support during UAT phases. Proficiency in Italian is a plus. This role offers a hybrid work model with 2 days onsite per week and focuses on blockchain technologies.

Overview

Blockchain Tester & DLT Application Support (3rd level)

Mode of Work - Hybrid (2 days onsite per week) | Type of Hiring - Permanent | Location - Milan, Lombardy, Italy

Open to candidates with experience in DLT technologies and blockchain testing, including coordination with development and infrastructure teams.

Responsibilities

• Dialogue with developers regarding design of test tools
• Test analysis based on requirements and technical documentation, leading to creation of test cases
• Participate in testing during release phases: identification, analysis, documentation, and monitoring of defect resolution
• Define and set up infrastructure tests in collaboration with the infrastructure-architecture team
• Install the DLT application in the internal test environment
• Manage the internal test environment (PostgreSQL database, DLT technologies, etc.)
• Execute tests, report results, identify issues and propose solutions
• Knowledge transfer to the customer during UAT phases (preferably in Italian)
• Prepare delivery notes and assist the infrastructure team during production releases
• Provide third-level application support (release and incident management)
• Analyze monitoring results for system and application performance and propose optimizations
• Incident management and troubleshooting with customer & developer meetings (preferably in Italian)
• Manage information & change requests
• Maintain and improve applications
• Document and transfer knowledge to 1st and 2nd support levels

Qualifications

• Primary technical skills: DLT CORDA, BESU Ethereum, Java, PostgreSQL, sFTP, Java Keystore, Logback, Spring, Keycloak, Spring Boot, Unix command line
• OpenSearch, Splunk monitoring, Elasticsearch
• Atlassian tools (JIRA), ServiceNow
• Web, API, UI, and Mobile testing; test analysis and design
• Experience with Continuous Delivery & Integration
• Experience with testing in hybrid cloud/on-prem environments
• Italian language proficiency (preferred)
