Responsibilities include collaborating with developers to design test tools, preparing test plans, and providing third-level application support and incident management. Competenze

• Experience in DLT technologies such as Hashgraph and Hyperledger Fabric.
• Fluency in Italian is preferable for UAT and support phases.

Overview

Job Title: Blockchain Tester & DLT Application Support (3rd support level)

Mode of Work: Hybrid (2 Days onsite in week)

Responsibilities

• Dialogue with developers regarding design of test tools
• Test analysis based on requirements and technical documentation, which then leads to the creation of test cases
• Preparation and participation in testing during the various release phases: identification, analysis, documentation, and monitoring of defect resolution
• Define and set of infrastructure tests in collaboration with the infrastructure-architecture team
• Installing the DLT Application in the internal test environment
• Managing the internal test environment (PostgreSQL database, DLT technologies, etc.)
• Executing tests and reporting results, identifying issues and possible solution scenarios
• Knowledge transfer to the customer during UAT phases (preferably in Italian language)
• Writing the delivery notes and supporting the infrastructure team during the release phase in the production environment
• Application support at third level (release and incident management)
• Incident management and troubleshooting, customer & developer meetings (preferably in Italian language)
• Documentation and knowledge transfer to the 1st and 2nd support levels
