AGC Biologics, Inc. in Italy (Milan site) is seeking a Project Manager to lead projects from kickoff to completion by coordinating with clients, technical teams, and business development.

You will provide program direction, manage timelines and budgets, and maintain clear communication across internal and external stakeholders. A degree in Biotechnology or related field and at least 2 years' PM experience, with fluent English, are required.

Competenze

• Degree in Biotechnology/Biology/Medicinal Chemistry.
• At least 2 years of experience in project management.
• Proficient in English.
• Good organizational skills.

Mansioni

• Provide program direction for planning and integrating projects across multiple functional areas.
• Closely monitor/control project progression to ensure on schedule and within budget; report progress to stakeholders.
• Serve as liaison with client contacts, manage day-to-day communications.
• Represent company in project meetings; prepare agendas and minutes; follow up on actions.
• Prepare Project Change Orders with inputs from stakeholders.
• Cultivate effective communication, cooperation and trust with client.
• Work closely with teams and management to coordinate efforts and real-time communication.
