To support that challenge, we’re looking for a: Biostimulants Portfolio Lead

Job Description

Purpose

  • Manage and lead Biostimulants branding, pricing, value proposition, supply/demand forecast optimization
  • Drive continued & profitable market share growth for the assigned Biostimulants through the development of product brand plans designed to serve customer needs, in a sustainable way
  • Identify new business opportunities, markets, partnerships and new GTM options to propose, for reaching new or existing markets with new offers and stories

Accountabilities

  • Own country budget, design National Campaign Plans for BioS and fund strategic priorities to achieve the sales and profit targets
  • Proactively collaborate and contribute in scouting, sizing and negotiating 3rd party opportunities (licensing-in, technology investment/ co-development)
  • Act as the entry point to Italy Biostimulants Product Management for regional counterparts
Qualifications

Experience required for the job

  • 3-5 years experience, in marketing or sales roles in agribusiness
  • Ability to build sound relationships with key influencers
  • Working in a team environment, across functions, both internally and externally
  • Ability to deal with complexity and uncertainty
  • Understanding of Biologicals specifics and experience from working with relevant products and markets

Critical Knowledge for the Job

  • Agronomy and marketing acumen, understanding of the market needs and trends
  • Data interpretation - conversion from data to insights
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, fluent in English
