Responsibilities

Responsibilities for Biomedical Technician:

1. Ensure all equipment is functioning in accordance with manufacturer’s specifications.
2. Develop, schedule, and perform preventative maintenance on equipment.
3. Ensure disinfection of the water delivery system.
4. Collaborate to evaluate and recommend purchasing of new equipment and supplies.
5. Conduct emergency equipment repair when necessary.

Qualifications

Qualifications for Biomedical Technician:

1. Must have experience maintaining and repairing Fresenius dialysis machines.
2. Must have experience maintaining and repairing dialysis water systems/reverse osmosis systems.
3. At least 1 year of experience handling dialysis required.
