Vantive is seeking a Laboratory Technician for our Medolla plant to perform analytical work in the chemical and microbiological lab. You will execute analyses, document controls, validate methods, and generate data-driven reports for quality assurance.

Requirements include a degree in scientific disciplines, a state exam, at least two years' QC/chemical lab experience in pharma, and knowledge of ISO/GMP. English communication is required. On-site role with potential process improvements.

The Laboratory Technician works in the Chemical and Microbiological Laboratory, reporting to the Laboratory manager of the plant of Medolla.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Execute laboratory analysis
• Execute and document chemical controls on raw materials, water, materials, semi-finished and finished products
• Execute validation of the analytical methods and instruments used, write analytical validation protocols and method reports
• Collects chemical data for statistical processing, prepares trends and periodic reports
• Execute and document environmental controls to guarantee compliance of the clean room conditions to standards and regulations
• Manage internal procedures

Qualifications

• Degree in scientific disciplines (eg Pharmacy, CTF or chemistry).
• State examination for the practice of the profession (Pharmacy, Chemist)
• At least two years’ experience in the field of Quality Control, chemical laboratory, in medical and/or pharmaceutical companies.
• Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work independently.
• Knowledge of ISO and GMP regulations, and operational knowledge in the pharmaceutical field in relation to the management of instrumentation and laboratory analysis.
• Knowledge of LIMS and data integrity requirements is considered a plus
• Good quality of written and verbal communication in English
