BIOANALYTICAL SCIENTIST

Philogen S.p.A. is a biotechnology company whose mission is the development of targeting products for the imaging and therapy of life‑threatening diseases with a strategic focus on cancer diseases.

Philogen S.p.A. would like to hire a highly motivated Bioanalytical Scientist to join our Bioanalytical Laboratory. The ideal candidate is eager to contribute their expertise while growing in a collaborative and innovative environment.

Your responsibilities:
  • Perform bioanalytical testing in preclinical and clinical framework and support method development using mass spectrometry and ligand binding assays
  • Ensure accurate data analysis, reporting, and documentation
  • Contribute to maintaining compliance with internal procedures and regulatory standards
  • Work closely with colleagues across functions to achieve project goals
What we are looking for:
  • At least Master's Degree (M.Sc.) in Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, or Pharmaceutical Chemistry
  • Hands‑on experience with quantitative mass spectrometry techniques
  • Previous exposure to regulated environments (GLP) is a strong advantage
Key skills and competencies:
  • Strong foundation in analytical chemistry
  • Problem‑solving mindset and ability to think critically
  • Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Detail‑oriented with solid organizational abilities
