The Wood Group sta selezionando un BIM Specialist per unirsi al team Electrical & Instrumentation nella division Life Science, basato a Milano/Corsico. Progetti su scala europea e internazionale, con possibilità di smart working fino a due giorni/settimana.

La posizione richiede competenze BIM avanzate, Revit e progettazione E&I, in ambiente multi-disciplinare. Flessibilità di sede e opportunità di sviluppo professionale sono offerti.

Competenze

• Diploma di scuola superiore o laurea in campo tecnico preferita.
• Almeno 3 anni di esperienza in ambiente aziendale di Ingegneria (Life Sciences, impianti industriali o settori simili considerati un plus).
• Forte esperienza con strumenti BIM, con comprovata competenza in Autodesk Revit per il modellazione E&I.

Mansioni

• Set up e coordinare la modellazione 3D svolta da Wood Execution Centers in India, fornendo supporto E&I e monitorando costi e tempi del progetto.
• Visite presso Execution Centers.
• Gestire la modellazione 3D di E&I, inclusi impianti elettrici e strumentazione, in coordinamento con altre discipline.

Wood is currently recruiting BIM Specialist to join our Electrical & Instrumentation Team within the Life Science division based in Milan, working on Pharmaceutical and Bio Tech projects across Europe and internationally. The position will be based in Corsico (Milan) office, with the possibility to work from home up to two days per week.

Typical Responsibilities

• Set-up and coordinate the 3D model design carried-out by Wood Execution Centers located in India, providing with specific E&I technical support, ensuring the performance and monitoring the compliance with the project budget and schedule
• Pay visits to the Execution Centers
• Set-up and coordinate the 3D model design carried-out by Third Parties involved in development of project’s E&I activities
• Carry out and manage the 3D modeling activities relevant to electrical, low currents and instrumentation design, in coordination with the other engineering disciplines
• Carry out and manage the E&I design, such as power layout, low current layout, lighting calculation and layout, fire&gas layout, substation layout, control room layout, etc.
• Prepare electrical and instrument installation details and hook-ups
• Explore innovative ways to use BIM in engineering

Skills / Qualifications

• High School Diploma or a Bachelor’s Degree (technical background preferred)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Engineering Company environment (Life Sciences, industrial plants or similar sectors are considered a plus)Strong experience with BIM tools, with proven proficiency in Autodesk Revit for E&I modeling
• Knowledge of Electrical and Instrumentation design principles
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools
• Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary and multicultural teams
• Interest and aptitude for coordination of third parties and remote execution centers
• Strong passion for BIM technologies and digital engineering
• Availability to work on assignment at Clients’ or Wood’s sites/offices, when required
• Fluent in Italian and English (C1 level appreciated)
• The person must be eligible to work in Italy

Compensation and compliance

Contract & Classification

• Contract type: Permanent
• Collective Agreement (CCNL): Industria Metalmeccanica (CNEL C011)
• Job Classification level: Impiegato, consistent with role requirements and applicable CCNL

Compensation

• Gross Annual Salary: the initial gross annual salary will be € 45,000, paid in 14 instalments
• The compensation package will include applicable CCNL elements and company benefits
• Variable pay and additional benefits will be detailed during the selection process
