To expand our IT team in Milan, we are seeking a Digital Engineering Specialist who will report directly to the Digital Engineering BIM Manager and will be responsible for the following activities:

1. Support the BIM Manager in implementing the BIM Management System.
2. Participate in drafting the BIM Execution Plan (BEP).
3. Define procedures for the company's and project’s BIM Management System.
4. Manage the CDE, users, training, and new functionalities in BIM projects.
5. Validate models, perform quality checks, and verify models.
6. Supervise deliverables and extract data from BIM models.
7. Provide support to engineering and BIM design teams.

The ideal candidate possesses a strong predisposition for innovation and a passion for digital processes in the AEC and Plant sectors. They will work in a stimulating and dynamic environment, where they can enhance their skills and contribute to improving company BIM processes and supporting projects. The candidate, integrated into the Digital department, will be responsible for developing company BIM standards following the BIM Manager's guidelines.

Skills:

• Degree in Plant or Civil Engineering with a focus on IT and digitalization of design.
• Over 2 years of experience in BIM.
• Knowledge of Autodesk Construction Cloud platform.
• Understanding of BIM processes for collaboration and coordination among disciplines.
• Proficiency in Revit MEP, Navisworks, Civil 3D.
• Dynamo scripting and programming knowledge are a plus.
• Preferred knowledge of Hexagon Cadworx, Aveva E3D, Hexagon Smart3D.
• Knowledge of ISO19650 and UNI11337 standards.
• Good operational capability and interoperability with Civil 3D.
• English level B2; Spanish is an advantage.
• Teamwork orientation, innovation, and ability to work in multidisciplinary and multicultural environments.
